I love the composition and shading in this piece. I think it is very interesting your eye moves across the page. The only thing I could possibly think of is maybe adding a hint of color, like Chandler's pumpkin. I think that could add an unexpected element and emphasize pieces. Also I don't know why but the graphite and a hint of color adds something to the piece, I just can't think of a word to explain it. But overall I think this is a great piece.

I think i'm commenting on the right picture...if not. This is for the berry botanical piece...
The shading on this drawing is sooo fantastic!! Each shape is brought out really well due to Shamaz's use of value and depth. I think this is a strong example of basic technique and knowledge of graphite. I really like it!!
The composition is great too--very interesting!

The only suggestion for improvement I could give you would be to add in some lighter values. Otherwise, I think it is very nice and has good composition. I don't recognize any major focal points and I like the angle it is drawn from.

I agree with what everyone else has said about the shading. I love that you are not afraid to use really dark values. Like Erin suggested, it would be cool if you put some color in there somewhere, so the fruits stand out from the rest of the leaves. The one other thing I would fix is that there's just a tiny bit of smudge in a few places. But I think this is a nice piece already, no matter what you do to it.
