this one to my opinion is your best.
1. the newspaper gives the piece some texture lookingness-- i think that makes sense. and there is repetition with the same jackets.
2. the boy is the focal point as he is picking out what jacket to wear.
3. it makes me feel like the boy doesn't have variety in his life although there is lots of color in this piece to make it work.
4. something that is successful about the work is that it is very realistic looking- definitely looks like a boy in a wardrobe picking out his jacket for the day.
5. the newspaper as the background is unusual but i likeyy :)
6. no improvements :)
7. yes
8. YAY :D

1. I immediately recognize the use of color ( the dull, but more realistic), and texture (the spongy looking style on the rack makes it look like old, worn metal racks).
2. The focal pt is the hand on the coats because the skin color stands out against the gray blue of the coats
3. It gives me a sense of how mundane life can be- we have our routines that we repeat each day, show by the jackets that are all the same.
4/5. The repeated words in the background really make this piece stand out to me. It makes the work complete without fighting the main focus which is very important while still being key element in itself. Its a unique material that give the work some depth and make it stand out. Even though the words are not something you would normally see, they still fit the concept of the work perfectly
6. The only improvement I would recommend is maybe fixing the hand because it seems a little bit oddly shaped. But even if you did nothing it would still be a beautiful piece.
7. It is definitely a quality piece- i would give it a 4 and maybe a 5

good job! this is one of my favorites of yours!
