I really love all of your pieces like the cell and SAT word one above this one and all the other pieces. I think all of your people are very well done and you can convey lots of emotion and ideas into your art. But this is one of my favorites. I love the composition and contrast in the spine. I also really like the repetition and movement that the dots create. It is unexpected but adds some personal style maybe? to the piece. I also really like the shading within the ribs?. Overall I think this is fantastic and have no suggestions.
spine
1. I recognize contrast and value immediately within the work.
2. The middle of the dark spine is the focal pt.
3. It has almost a cartoon feel to it that i really like- its fun!
4/5. The most successful thing about the work is the ability to have so much contrast while still using graphite. Its unique because of the placement of the white and the confining lines that make its seem cartoonish but still very real at the same time.
6. I wouldn't do anything to it.
7. Its definitely a quality work and one that in my opinion deserves a 5.
1. Lines and contrast
2. the focal point is obviously the bone but especially the bottom of the bone.
3. makes me think of science
4. the severe contrast between the black and the white in the bones
5. noting unusual. this work is incredible!
6. nothing once again
7. yes
